Warranty Agreement/ Return Policy
In agreement to purchase any vending machine/ equipment or parts sold by CNAVending Services, the buyer must agree to the warranty and product return information provided below in regards to the vending machine or vending machine parts that have been provided by CNAVending Services LLC. Also, I acknowledge any questions or additional information about warranty information can be viewed at http://www.cnavending.com . CNAVending will not sell any parts or vending equipment without the buyers consent to this agreement prior to purchase. The terms and warranty will be stated on the final purchase invoice provided by CNAVending Services at time for final transaction. Buyer acknowledges payment of any parts or equipment by any form of monetary payment (Credit Card, Cash, Check) is legal acceptance of this warranty from the buyer and any questions or dispute in regard to this warranty/ return policy must be addressed prior to payment. ALL SALES FINAL. There are no warranties in regards to service/installation costs to any vending machine or part sold by CNAVending.
THERE ARE THREE (3) TYPES OF WARRANTY AGREEMENTS INCLUDED WITH VENDING MACHINE PARTS OR VENDING EQUIPMENT SOLD BY CNAVending SERVICES LLC, THE BUYER MUST REFER TO PURCHASE INVOICE TO DETERMINE WHAT WARRANTY IS INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE.
I.AS-IS SALE. NO WARRANTY/ AS-IS PURCHASE. ALL SALES FINAL. NO EXCHANGE. NO REFUND/ RETURNS ACCEPTED.
II. Thirty (30) DAY AFTER PURCHASE PARTS WARRANTY. This covers all parts needing replacement due to normal failure under normal conditions. A similar part will be provided in exchange. This warranty does not cover any service call or installation of parts, this is an additional charge that is not covered by this warranty. ALL SALES FINAL . NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ALLOWED. Exchanges Accepted.
III. Ninety (90) DAY AFTER PURCHASE PARTS WARRANTY. This covers all parts needing replacement due to normal failure under normal conditions. A similar part will be provided in exchange. CNAVending Services does not offer service/installation warranty. Repair and replacement of parts will be the responsibility of the owner of the vending machine/ vending equipment. All parts warranties do not cover any additional installation or service repair costs while off the premises of CNAVending Services. Further, CNAVending has the right to void all warranties upon buyer negligence to include vandalism, theft, tampering or attempting to alter the machine in any format, acts of god or damage caused by any movement of equipment. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED. Exchange of equipment or parts must be made at our facility located at 1939 W. 11th Street Suite G, Upland CA Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Buyer is responsible for all transportation, shipping, and all handling/packaging charges in regards to the exchange or replacement. Buyer/ Owner of the vending machine accepts all responsibility and damage the equipment/parts may cause. It is NOT the responsibility of CNAVending Services to service and or maintain vending equipment owned or operated by the buyer. Buyer acknowledges the principals of mechanical and electrical equipment safety and operations. Buyer also acknowledges that vending equipment and parts are subject to random failure due to maintenance issues to include normal wear, excessive usage, electrical supply to the equipment, water or condensation damage, environmental issues at location, and improper servicing by owner. Any further questions in reference to the warranty and return policy of CNAVending Services can be addressed by telephone or a letter addressed to our facility above. All Rights Reserved.
Acceptance of Credit Cards.
CNAVending Services acceptance of Credit Cards of any type permit CNAVending Services LLC the right to charge any amount in accordance to the warranty and final purchasing invoice. When an authorization signature is required, the purchaser is agreeing to all charges by CNAVending Services and forfeits the right to credit card transaction dispute under the protection laws of the seller in the state of California. If the buyer is questioning a charge from CNAVending Services on their credit card statement, the buyer must contact CNAVending Services during normal business hours. Any disputes in regards to warranties or purchases must be addressed by buyer with CNAVending Services prior to purchase. Reversal of charges or dispute charges via the issuing bank and or credit card company by purchasing party will NOT be tolerated. If a reversal/fraud claim/charge has been initiated by the buyer and or authorization official of the credit card, ALL vending machine parts, equipment, and service fees are subject to legal lawsuit action. Also the parts and equipment WILL BE REPOSSESSED. All charges and fines occurred during the repossession process will be filed with legal lawsuit action. CNAVending SERVICES DOES NOT WARRANT ANY FRAUD ACTIVITY. ALL FRAUD ACTIVITY WILL BE HANDLED WITH CRIMINAL CHARGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. CNAVending Services is a valid and legal Limited Liability Corporation filed with the secretary of state in the state of California.

A $40 Returned Check Fee Will Be Charged to All Checks Returned regardless of status.
